Is the 21 Day Challenge free?

No, our 21 Day Challenge is a paid challenge and the price is £119.

What happens after the 21 Day Challenge?

All of our memberships have personal training built into them and range from £169-279 per month, depending on how much personal training you’d like included.

You can choose from one, two, three, or all access (unlimited) per week options.

All members also have open access to our Hybrid, Engine, Boxing & Build sessions.

Are training times flexible?

Yes, very.

We have sessions running every hour on the hour from 6am-1pm & 4-8pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday; as well as from 6am-11am & 4pm-8pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 7am-12pm on Saturday.

All of our sessions are accessible via a super-user-friendly mobile booking app so there’s no need to worry about going back and forth over text or email to book your sessions.

I've never been in a gym before, does that matter?

Not at all – you’ll fit right in! Many of those who start with us are totally new to the gym environment, but ability/skill level really doesn’t matter.

We’ll meet you where you are in your introductory session and appropriately challange you session after session to ensure you’re progressing at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

Can I come in and check the place out before I sign up?

Of course, you can.

Will I get results?

If you show up consistently and make a concerted effort to improve your daily habits, yes.

We’ll work with you to ensure you get off to a great start and stay on track.

What if I've got some aches and pains?

If you’re fortunate enough to make it through life without any injuries or niggles, we’re jealous. If you’re like the rest of us, you’ll be absolutely fine.

We’ll chat through your concerns on the phone, assess during your introductory session and make a plan to manage the issue(s) together.

Our trainers are dab hands at working around niggles so you can rest assured you’ll be well looked after.
